1. Who we are

Lotusbloom Limited (“Lotusbloom”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, with its office at Office No. 26, 10/F, Beverly Commercial Centre, 87–105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information only where you choose to provide it. That is principally:

• Enquiry details — the name, company, email address, telephone number, country and message you submit through our enquiry form or send to us by email.
• Correspondence — records of communications between you and us relating to an enquiry, engagement or transaction.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide in order to:

• respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it;
• assess and, where appropriate, progress a potential commercial relationship;
• perform our obligations under any agreement entered into with you;
• meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing communications unless you have asked us to.

4. Disclosure

We may share your information where it is necessary to act on your enquiry — for example with shipping, inspection, banking or professional advisers involved in a transaction you are party to — and where we are required to do so by law, by a regulator, or by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Because we operate internationally, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Hong Kong. Where that occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains appropriately protected.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, and for any period we are required to retain records by law or by prudent commercial practice. Information relating to enquiries that do not proceed is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.

6. Security

We take reasonable and practicable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us online.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics or similar technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be sought before they are used.

8. Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and any other applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it.
