Before you write to us

What information should I include in a supply enquiry?

Commodity and specification, required volume, destination port, delivery terms (FOB, CFR, CIF), your target timeline, and whether you are looking for a spot cargo or a long-term arrangement. The more precise the specification, the faster we can confirm whether we can meet it.

Do you work on spot cargoes or only long-term contracts?

Both. Our preference is to structure constant, long-term supply because that is where we add the most value — but we trade spot cargoes where the requirement is genuine and the terms work for both sides.

Which markets do you operate in?

Lotusbloom operates internationally through an extensive network of producers, mills, end users and shipping partners, sourcing from regions of surplus and delivering into high-demand markets. If you tell us the origin or destination you are working with, we will confirm directly whether we are active there.

Can you advise without an associated trade?

Yes. Consulting, brokerage and advisory services are provided as standalone engagements across a range of sectors — strategic planning, business process development, financial consulting, market analysis and risk management.

How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within one business day. Where an enquiry includes a full specification, we will usually come back with a substantive position rather than a holding reply.
